Nutrition care

Consultations provide individualised, evidence-informed nutrition guidance. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from your doctor. Please discuss medication changes and medical concerns with your prescribing clinician. Website articles are general information, not personalised advice.

Availability and registration of interest

Aleisha is not currently taking new clients and is exploring opening appointments on Mondays. Registering your interest is not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee of a place. Appointment availability is subject to the practice’s current schedule.

Prices and future bookings

Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars on the Services page. Online checkout is not currently available. When bookings reopen, clients will pay through Stripe, complete the initial health questionnaire, then select a calendar appointment, and these terms will apply to those bookings.

Appointments will use the Pacific/Auckland time zone and require at least 24 hours’ notice. Online consultations use Google Meet. In-person appointments are in Blenheim, with the venue to be confirmed before attendance. Phone follow-ups do not take place in person.

Prepaid packages

The Starter package includes one initial appointment and two 30-minute follow-ups. The Support package includes one initial appointment, four 30-minute follow-ups and one 15-minute phone call. Packages are prepaid and valid for 3–4 months. Please confirm your package’s exact expiry date with Aleisha when purchasing.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, by emailing hello@agutfeeling.org. If you are unwell or an unexpected situation arises, get in touch as soon as possible.

Any additional cancellation charges or package refund conditions will be explained and agreed before they apply. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

Your information and consent

Please provide accurate contact and health information, and let Aleisha know about changes that could affect your nutrition care. Only share information you are authorised to provide. How your information is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

Journal and reviews

Journal content belongs to A Gut Feeling or its credited authors. Please ask before reproducing it beyond uses permitted by law. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not include someone else’s private information. Reviews are checked before publication.
